    We created a link to an event page and when that link is followed it doesn’t display correctly – it’s a page within a page and the formatting is way off.

    I’ve tried it with other themes but it still shows all messed up.

    Hi,

    This can be a problem with other Plugins, rather a problem with Theme, because it works on my Dashboard.
    Could you please, deactivate all your other plugins, and see whether the Calendar will work.
    If the problem will not be occurring, please activate plugins one by one and check the Test mode simultaneous, to find which one is causing the issue.

    I have deactivated all plugins and tried with 4 different themes and same thing. I can see a bit more of it, but you can see that the table is not being drawn correctly. The only plugin I had on was this calendar.

    So what it comes down to is that in the settings, there is an option to use custom template. If that is checked it loads a file supplied by you during installation – there is something wrong in that file. If I have that setting checked as NO, then it loads your default template and it all works fine.

    What I also noticed is that when the “custom” template is selected, there are other elements on the page (from the theme) that do not show up correctly either.

    As far as I can remember, that setting was set when I installed – but I could be wrong because I have been trying to get this fixed for awhile now and I have tried almost every setting there is – even a full reinstall.

    So, if you check Use custom template as Yes, you have an issue in the front-end? Is it possible to provide a screenshot of the issue when you check it as Yes? Also, you are talking about the file which is being loaded, can you please indicate what file you mean?
