Event list layouts

when using the event list options I cant get a neat display. In the old version it was fine, see here http://www.walfc.co.uk/teams/open-age-1st-team/
on the right the ‘1st team results’ widget box is neat and information is well displayed. In the main content area the ‘results’ are in a nice table showing the logo and team name with clear date and results.the new layout for the events are awful. The logos are too big, the event tile is the category of the event and not the actual competition abd you cant have both logos and team name.
in the calendar list the logos are on top of each other and the bottom logo is stepped in.
the columns for each itme should not be equal, the biggest percentage should be for the team names.
very frustrating.
