Event Calendar WD

I was having difficulty accessing a calendar on one of the websites I control.

I escalated the issue to Web-Dorado Support and was pleasantly surprised with the speed of the response and that their response was to have the problem fixed.

it wasn’t left to me to fix like so often occurs in Australia. In Australia the support desks, which are often outside the country [because of outsourcing] and with accents that are often very difficult to understand, often tell you to “do this and this and this” and leave the rest to you. Web Dorado did it all for me.

That is excellent service in comparison to what I normally receive which leaves me very wary about using Support services,
