    Nice and simple plugin!
    Can I propose a character overrides for Estonian language as well?

    The following conversion would be more suitable: 

    
'/Ä/' => 'a',
'/ä/' => 'a',
'/Ö/' => 'o',
'/ö/' => 'o',
'/Ü/' => 'ü',
'/ü/' => 'ü'
