Can’t understand what this means and how to fix it. My knowledge and understanding is not enough to solve it. Please help.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

No way to set the password in the General Settings – it sends me in loop to the installation procedure but it is impossible to finish the settings.
Should I disinstall the plugin and install it again?
Hello,
Please try this fixed version:
- Go to the WordPress Administrator Panel -> Plugins.
- Find the plugin ‘Security by CleanTalk’ -> Deactivate.
- After the automatic page refresh, find the plugin again ‘Security by CleanTalk’ -> Delete. Confirm files deletion.
- Download the plugin archive from the link.
- Go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin.
- Choose the downloaded archive and press ‘Install Now’.
- Once you have installed the plugin, activate it and check that the access key matches the one on your CleanTalk dashboard.

Hello Andrei,
Thank you for help.
1. I’ve done the suggested procedure and went through the end with the access key for this website – Security – . All went smoothly and now plugin is installed but… on the CleanTalk dashboard , despite refreshing, it still shows “Need setup” (?!) – see screenshot “CleanTalk Site security Exclusive Italy” enclosed –

2. Can’t understand why the website is reported as 93% safe and not 100% – see enclosed pdf –
and also why the data of the host IP and server are visible and not hidden. There is any configuration I should do?
Thank you, Nona
Hello Nona,
Thank you for the update.
- The “Need setup” status
We can see that exclusive-italy.it has been added to two different CleanTalk accounts:
tr***@exclusive-italy.it — the Security service is active, and protection is enabled on the website;
ma***@pa****ndo.it — the website shows the “Need setup” status. This means that the Security Access Key installed on the website belongs to the first account, while you are viewing the Dashboard from the second account.
Please confirm which account you would like to use for this website and from which account you copied the Security Access Key.
- The 93% security score
The 93% score does not mean that the website is infected or that CleanTalk protection is not working.
The score is lower because the scanner found that several additional security settings are missing from the website:
Content-Security-Policy
Strict-Transport-Security
X-Content-Type-Options
X-Frame-Options
These settings are controlled by the website server or hosting provider, not by the CleanTalk plugin. You can ask your hosting provider to enable them. The IP address, hostname, and web server information shown in the report are basic public details that the website provides when someone opens it. CleanTalk only displays the information found during the scan. There is no CleanTalk setting required to hide it.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please let us know.
Hello Andrei,
I really appreciated your detailed reply and clarifications.
I have an older account as Parolando.it that is still ok and working on another of my websites. On this one I have subscribed both Spam and Security CleanTalk with their own keys access.
This year, recently , I’ve added a new account as Exclusive Italy.it and subscribed for both Spam and Security CleanTalk with their own keys access. I’ve probably accessed from Exclusive Italy.it as Parolando.it by error (it displayed automatically) and this might have created my confusion. So, I want to keep them separate as I enter with two different emalis.
What I’d like to be certain is that I have and I paid only once for Spam+Security for each of the website. Please kindly confirm me it’s corresponding.
Regarding the Security score, this is now clear and thank you for suggesting me what to request to my provider. The strange thing is that I never got this Security score for Parolando.it
Thank you once more, best regards, Nona
Thank you, Nona.
Our licenses aren’t tied to specific websites, so no, you haven’t paid for the same website twice. However, there is one thing to note regarding the license in one of your accounts. If you’d like to sort this out, please contact us via our private Ticket System: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.
