errors 503 and 502

  • I updated this plugin and one of our website’s pages dropped. The support team at WordPress isolated the problem to this plugin; we have had this plugin since our website went live without any issues, so I assume it was this most recent update. As soon as I deactivate this plugin the affected page comes right back.

    Could you try to log in to your site via FTP, delete the Jetpack plugin folder, and reinstall the plugin manually as explained here:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation

    If that doesn’t help, could you check your server error logs to find out more about the errors? The exact error message might give us extra details about the problem.
    If you don’t know how to access your server error logs, your hosting provider should be able to help.
