Error:Paypal Recurring Payments is not enabled

    Hello ,
    Hi I am trying to configure Paypal and I get the following error “Recurring Payments Paypal is not enabled for your Paypal account
    Auto recurring membership payments can not be processed

    “I configured everything as IPN, API, etc .. indicated

    As I set the Recurring Payments, the only place I’ve found to configure it, make me a button with html code.
