Error with Constant Contact integration
-
Hi,
Back in May we followed the Hustle prompts to upgrade our Constant Contact integration to use API v3 with OAuth2. That seemed to go fine and we didn’t receive any errors. Under the Integrations page (Hustle > Integrations), Constant Contact appeared under Connected Apps.
A few weeks ago, I decided to check on things and saw in the submissions (Hustle > Email Lists) that starting around the time we upgraded to API v3 new contacts were failing to be sent to Constant Contact. It seems like this is the error it kept returning with:
Info Hustle_Contact_API_V3_Client::throw_error_from_response() Failed to add member - Unable to create contact: list_memberships invalid: 22, list_memberships not found: [22]
List name Redacted List Name Here (22)The more recent email submissions (Hustle > Email Lists) under the “Active Integrations” column show nothing (while the older submissions starting in May and for a few months after still showed Constant Contact, even though they failed to be sent to CC). When I go to edit the Hustle sign up form, no integration is listed under “Active apps” and “Connected apps” (except for “Local List”). Going to the Integrations page (Hustle > Integrations), Constant Contact no longer appears under “Connected Apps”.
When I try to add it again, (clicking the “+” next to Constant Contact, the popup appears pre-populated with the PKCE key and prompts us to go through the authentication process again. We’ve tried that and even tried creating a completely new app in Constant Contact (with a new PKCE key) and each attempt fails with the error “Authentication failed! Please check your Constant Contact credentials and try again.”.
I enabled Hustle Debug Mode (Hustle > Settings) and WP debug mode (and I think we tried adding Constant Contact again with them active), but I don’t see anything in the error logs that seems related to this.
We’d love to get Constant Contact set up again. Let me know if there are any other details I can send.
Thanks for any help!
