    Hi

    I try to save a new template, but i become every time in the edge top right with the message error.

    Is it only possible to make a new template in the full version, or is what can be the problem?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The cause of this issue is usually due to the installed Firewall on your website. WordFence and Sucuri are identified as common firewalls causing issues. The firewall may be blocking the action used for saving the plugin settings.

    The common workaround that we would suggest would be to whitelist the action that is blocking the settings from saving. Note that the user with admin provisions will only have access to whitelist the action. Check it in that way and let us know how it goes.

    Hello

    I found the solution over my webspace provider. In that case i had to disable temporaly ModeSecurity and now it works.
