error Rest API WP-Statistics

    Hola, necesito ayuda con un mensaje me sale en el WP-admin (Hay un error asociado al conecdtar con la Rest API de WordPress, por favor, limpia las reglas de rewrite o activa la wp rest api para un mejor rendimiento de la caché del plugin WP-Statistics ) no se porque ahora sale, e buscado y no e encontrado mucho que me oriente, por este motivo pido ayuda.

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    Which version of the plugin do you have? WP-Statistics v13+ might not be compatible with some of the PHP versions. So make sure your PHP version is not lower than PHP 7.3.

    Also, are you using Hide My WP plugin? Please check out the below link and see what notice you get:
    site.com/wp-json/wp-statistics/v2/enable?connect=wp-statistics
    You should get enable. Otherwise, REST API is not active on your website.
