Hi @jleung1994,
Please read it carefully: http://prntscr.com/qkezj5
Please recover those sliders which are you created before the 3.3.10 version.
Slider cerated in version 3.3.10 to the latest, not needed to recover. They already in a good format. Thanks
My problem is I don’t know why it works fine on the live site, but on the testing site the sliders don’t work. Even the HTML doesn’t show any
But that’s great I think. It’s working now.
Thanks for the update. Any feedback appreciated.
Let me know if any help needed.
Thanks

Are you using Autooptimise plugin?
@farazfrank
no
after updating, I’m gettingNotice: Undefined index: automatic_updates in /var/www/html/…/plugins/stops-core-theme-and-plugin-updates/main.php on line 401
Notice: Undefined index: automatic_updates in /var/www/html/…/plugins/stops-core-theme-and-plugin-updates/main.php on line 419
in dashboard and the following on the recovered slide
Notice: Undefined variable: post_title in /var/www/html/…/plugins/ultimate-responsive-image-slider/layout.php on line 331
Is there anyway you could add an automatic recover all slides? I have 115 slides and I don’t want to type in 115 ids just for a testing site.
Hi @jleung1994,
First, take a backup of the sliders:
1. http://prntscr.com/qsbqn9
2. http://prntscr.com/qsbre5And keep the backup file safely on your google drive or on the local computer.
OR
Please refer to this post to recover all slider – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/recover-old-slider-3-4-3/
Note: Do nothing with the update process if you not getting properly? and contact me on my site. I will recover all for you. Do not hit the update slider post button.
Thanks
Hi @farazfrank,
The recover slide works for old slides, but the newer slides that were not showing gives me these errors for thumbnail.Notice: Undefined variable: post_title in /var/www/html/…/plugins/ultimate-responsive-image-slider/layout.php on line 266
Notice: Undefined variable: post_title in /var/www/html/…/plugins/ultimate-responsive-image-slider/layout.php on line 331
Is there a button to recover all the slides before a certain time or within a range of ids?

You don’t need to recover slider which was created after Major update 3.1.10.
They already in perfect form.
Thanks
the problem is the new slide showing the error message
Can you contact me via my site? And share the live page URLs to check.
Thanks
it’s my local testing site thumbnails not working, the live site is working fine
the slider is showing images, only the thumbnails are showing the following errors instead of thunbnails
