Hi Bob,
Having difficulty when trying to activate Jetpack getting JsonParseError msg.
Can you please take some screenshots for us to show the issue? What’s the exact message? You can use this free app https://snipboard.io/
Checking your site, it looks like that you’re using Incapsula for your site. Can you reach out to your host (seems like Bluehost) and Incapsula, and ask them to check their security logs for any blocked requests to the https://your-domain.com/xmlrpc.php file on your site, using the Jetpack by WordPress.com user agent. They can also our IPs here:

Bob,
It appears that when we try to reach out to your site, we get this error back from your server – Generally, a 403 error means we are being blocked by something:
Transport error - HTTP status code was not 200 (403)
In this case, I would recommend reaching out to your webhost to first make sure that Jetpack is not getting blocked or limited or is prevented from accessing your xmlrpc.php file. For the best results, you could also have them whitelist the Jetpack IP ranges noted on this page:
https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/
Once you’ve spoken with them, they’ve fixed any potential blocks, and have whitelisted Jetpack, please try reinstalling Jetpack and let us know if you have any troubles. Thanks!
