    Hello toprobroy,

You had the same issue on another site before: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cloud-synchronise-not-working/. Do you remember which of the suggested solutions helped? Try them now as well. Your feedback on what helped and what you found out will be very important to us.

What invalid key error do you see?

    Hi

The other issue I think might have bee IP related, but we only use one IP, but accept that DHCP is used locally only when going to the Internet but that won’t be an issue of this case as it’s, regarding your certificate error. But also in terms of not synching with the cloud either, I can’t remember. I’m just one man here doing many things. i.e. I’m no expert 🙂 I’m in my 70s also and trying to launch a new website shortly and need this protection. your help will be much appreciated.

Just to add. My website works fine. Its a page only and rarely gets any changes. If they are, it’s just some text etc. But I paid to cover the other domains with you, just in case I start getting any Spam issues. So if I can’t get the Synch, and there’s a certificate error showing as you see in the image when
in WP, then I’m at a loss of what to do? I reinstalled the plugin as well, just in case it was corrupted.

Access key is not valid, update the plugin settings. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. I tried to add the image, but it wouldn’t finish.

    Hello @toprobroy,

Could you please switch the option Use WordPress HTTP API to Off in the Anti-Spam plugin settings? This should fix both issues.

    Does it help?

    Hi.
So yesterday, whilst waiting on a reply, I tried again and got the access key. Not sure if it was different, but when I changed it (I think I did), then it synched.
All the sites have that switch on and it does appear to work ok now?

I guess you could close the ticket now. I’m surry to have disturbed you on this.
The Internet can be an unpredictable place, as we know.
    Thanks
    Robert
