It keeps trying to synchronise to the cloud.

Jul 24 2025 05:37:03: Error occurred while checking account status. cURL error 77: error setting certificate file: /var/www/vhosts/new.eeesafe.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/Requests/src/../certificates/cacert.pem

Jul 24 2025 15:49:23: Error occurred on last SpamFireWall check. SpamFireWall database is outdated. Please, try to synchronize with the cloud.

Hello @toprobroy,

One of these actions may help you:

1) WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → change the “Use WordPress HTTP API” option → Save Changes.

2) Check if our IPs are available from your webserver: https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-servers-ip-addresses (points 1-3).

3) Check if CURL support and allow_url_fopen (in php.ini) options are available and enabled on your webserver. You can ask about this your webmaster or your hosting provider.

After each action click “Synchronize with Cloud” in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears and refresh the page.
