I am experiencing the same thing. I use the Elementor builder and it doesn’t offer support for recaptcha V3. But I am using V2 and it worked last week. So what changed?
The red error border confirms that CF7 is not able to send an email from your site.
See If You Have Email Problems – most people that work carefully through this list of email sending issues are able to solve their particular problems.
