Would you please share with us a screenshot of what the error looks like?
In the meantime, please make sure that your system meets the system requirements mentioned in this doc. If your system has met the system requirements and the error doesn’t get fixed, please check the host resources and increase it by referring to what explain in this doc.

I have installed everything correctly many times, validated the system requirements, tried all the possible solutions offered on the internet and nothing, I keep getting “This page isn’t working didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE” as soon as I click the link ” See Library” in the Starter Template.
