If you have FTP access to the site, please send me the file – wp-content/dml-logs/mllistfile.txt file. It has some debug info that will help me identify the problem.

Also if possible attach a screenshot of the plugin working on the compression and the result.
I have updated the plugin. Please use it and let me know if it is working.
My file is also empty. Running WP 4.0. This is the message I get :
“Media Library contains 263 files in excess of 32.6 MiB
Creating compressed file …done.
Download File : medialibrary.zip (170 B)”
When I unzip the file it’s empty. Any other ways how to do this perhaps?
