the export screen is blank, I’m using multisite installation.

Can you add a snap for this? also ensure that this not because of any plugin conflict. You can make debug true in wp-config to check for any warnings and paste the results here.

Try export with minimum no. of records like 5 or 10. Check you memory limits in php.ini, if needed increase it based on size of export data.
