I am afraid in this current version the Subscription – Completed with payment message is not sending emails. It will be fixed in the next plugin’s update, which is currently in QA for testing. Please keep an eye on the feature plugin’s releases to update the plugin.

Another question, could replace the current plugin folder with version 4.1.2 to update the plugin to that version they say in the forum that works well, you have proof of it.
If I replace the plugin folder I will lose the configuration of my plans, send email text, settings, etc. Or it will only be updated to that version and I will not have problems of loss of information and configuration.

Changing files will not remove the settings of the plugin (option and settings are kept in the database). You can override the file on the FTP and settings will stay the same.

Kasia the version of the payment plugin is to say the professional version also has this same problem that does not send mail? If the pro version worked well I would be willing to buy it.

Just so everyone knows:
The Membership 2 plugin is no longer supported (according to the WPMUDEV website).
I had a support question a couple of weeks ago, and I been told there would be an update that would fix my issue, but then WPMUDEV instead stopped supporting the plugin.
I understand that there are good business reasons why WPMUDEV would stop supporting a plugin, but I think it is worth explaining to any WP users still using the plugin (or thinking of installing it) that they are on their own if there is a bug.
