Please replace file wp-content/plugins/custom-sidebars/custosidebars.php with one from this zip https://www.dropbox.com/s/ldokrdv2rhvh9l0/WPORG_customsidebars.php.zip?dl=0

I don’t have a time to try it yet – sorry.
But primary problem still not fixed by public update, or not?
