Hi @laguiadelaljarafe – I’ve used a translation tool to understand your message.
– Do you have the standalone Gutenberg plugin active, and if so, what version is it?
– Is the issue present with all your plugins temporarily deactivated? You can use the Health Check plugin’s troubleshooting mode for this, which will not change your live site – https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
– Is the issue present with a default theme? Again, you can use the Health Check plugin for this.Hello, I also use the translator, thanks for answering.
Do you have the standalone Gutenberg plugin active, and if so, what version is it?
-Yes, plugin Gutenberg, Versión 14.7.0, It tells me that it is the last updated version. Is the issue present with all your plugins temporarily deactivated?
-I don’t understand it well, do you mean to disable the gutenberg plugin? Is the issue present with a default theme?
– I don’t understand it very well either, when you say theme, are you referring to the template? I only work with a template called “Listable”, from Pixelgrade. The problem is in the editor, in pages, posts and events, the event posts I use the “The Events Calendar” plugin.
I have made screenshots to show you my problem and I have uploaded them to an online page to be able to show you, I have translated the texts, I hope you understand well

Hi @laguiadelaljarafe – thanks for the screenshots and additional information.
To rule out a plugin or theme conflict, the Health Check plugin is a helpful tool. Instead of deactivating plugins and switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three (what you call a template – in English it’s referred to as a theme) on your live site, it lets you deactivate plugins and switch themes only on the back end, during your logged-in session, without affecting what your visitors see.
By deactivating plugins temporarily via Health Check and seeing if your reusable blocks return, you know that a plugin is at fault and causing the problem. You can then reactivate theme one, while still in Troubleshooting Mode, until your reusable blocks go missing again. At that point, you know which plugin is causing the conflict and you can reach out to the developers to report the bug. Same thing with your theme.
There’s a good guide here on how to use Troubleshooting Mode with Health Check to diagnose issues. It’s on WordPress.com but applies to self-hosted sites as well:
Hi, yes I did, but the problem persists, disabled all plugins, still the same problem
Hi, I have resolved the problem through this plugin, thanks, it’s a start.
The problem comes through the WP JOB MANAGER plugin, my problem is that the structure of my page is supported by this plugin and I cannot afford to deactivate it, I have tried to install an older version, both of wp job manager and of gutenberg but it still does not work correctly, my question is why this conflict now? , if they always worked wellHi there, glad you found the culprit.
You’ll want to report the issue to the plugin developers so they can help find a solution. I see you’ve already done that here, so that’s great – they will continue troubleshooting with you there.
Yes, it seems that the problem is with the template, it is not compatible with gutenberg and it is giving errors, pixelgrade, the authors of the Listable template say that they work with the classic editor, that they have not thought of improving the theme to make it compatible, since I’m thinking of changing the subject, Citadel maybe
Gotcha – you may want to ask the WP Job Manager folks if they can recommend a couple of themes that work well both with the plugin as well as the block editor.
I’ll mark this thread as resolved for now since you’ve identified the culprit. Cheers!
