[NSFW] Error applying discount code [1]

    Hello,

    Have a conflict with applying discounts using the PaidMembershipsPro plugin and get “Error applying discount code [1].”

    I don’t know when the problem began but I do know at one point discounts were working fine with BuddyBoss theme.

    Could you help me identity what could be causing the error?

    Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro, I’m really sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

    I will need some more information regarding this problem to help you troubleshoot this.

    Does it happen for all discount codes or only a specific discount code? Could you please try and create a new discount code of ‘test’ and apply it to a checkout and let me know if the issue persists?

    Lastly, does your checkout page use a custom page template that is bundled with your theme possibly? Sometimes custom page templates can interfere with default checkout logic as they become outdated.
