error 500 when reactivating wp responsive menu

    When I try to activate the WP responsive menu plugin on my site it breaks the admin-area.
    If I try to login after attempting to activate the plugin, I receive a HTTP error 500.
    My only solution afterwards is to deactivate all plugins in my database.

    I never had this problem with WP Responsive menu before.
