Thanks for your additional information.
That means the order is empty or the products do not pass the condition of the plugin settings (Product categories, user roles …). Can you please re-check it?
Find the plugin settings in Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder.

1 more small question – I want to send more reminders than one.
In plugin settings “Limit the number of reminders” is disabled but in cusrev webpage “reminders” option there is just Schedule and and Show log in actions tab. How can I send 1 more reminder after automatic sent by system? I thought there should be “Send now” option, same in scheduled section.
