Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. It sounds like you might be using a caching plugin that cached the content of your feed.
Are you using any caching plugin? If so, which one? Make sure to clear all caching and to exclude the fees URL from being cached in the future.

Thanks!
We only had the LiteSpeed plugin. We turned it off to test, unfortunately, the feed is created only in manual mode with products, in automatic mode it is empty.
Hi,
Thanks for the update, can you share the following with us so we can have a closer look?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
When we check the debug.log file you generated it seems your feed has always been empty till the 22th of February? See: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/jwzs1xgqju0jifkwvuf9v/Screenshot-2024-02-26-at-14.27.03.png?rlkey=it23hgtvxtshi1jgvcerkjob2&dl=0
When I now check your feed it does indeed contain products (like you mentioned, as you might have updated it manually) however the feed header itself also says that the last update too place at: <yml_catalog date=”2024-02-26 07:37″>, which is today.
Did you perhaps already manage to solve the issue at hand yourselves?
