Empty feed product list

The product feed the plugin generated is empty. I clicked refresh and then it was generated correctly. However, it looks like this file disappears after 1h automatically refreshed or when the date is changed ( for example from Friday to Saturday).
Due to this issue, we have a problem with next:
There are no products in Google ads again (info: There are no products in this account. Add products in Merchant Center). That file is uploaded for an external tool: Google Merchant or Google Ads. The problem now looks like this: the file should be generated there, but it’s empty.
