Emails Cannot Subscribe More Than Once

    Jetpack subscription:

    I have had four subscibers who reported they did not get a confirmation e-mail, or they did not confirm right away and the confirmation e-mail expired. When that happens Jetpack won’t let them re-enter their e-mail address and try to sign up again.

    Does jetpack have a way to reset so that they can sign up again?

    Not yet I’m afraid, but that’s something we plan on implementing, along with other improvements in the subscription flow.

    In the meantime, you could point your subscribers to this page:
    http://subscribe.wordpress.com/

    They’ll be able to confirm their subscription through there, even if they lost the confirmation email.
