Email Reminders are not working

    The automated email reminders do not work and the manual reminders do not work either.

    WordPress is up-to-date. How can we fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out @mks3251. If the automated and manual emails aren’t working this usually means there is something going on with your hosting. Can you reach out to your hosting provider to see if they have email logs they can check? It might even be worth sending a manual email while on with them so they can get the full picture of what’s going on.
