  • Hi. I like the plugin a lot. I am having one problem however.

    I’m currently just testing the plugin so I can integrate it properly into my site.

    When a new ticket is submitted, neither the admin nor the user are receiving any notifications via email. All it shows is the ticket in the user’s support page and the wordpress admin area.

    Something I can do to get the email notifications going on this?
