Hello,

I notice since couple of weeks that the plugin is not sending a review email to the customer anymore. This was working fine before but all of a sudden it stopped sending emails. Is there a bug in the 4.7.5 version of this plugin?

Same issue here! For last month or 2.

Sends are there apparently as show in plugin.

But 0 opens and 0 clicked when my normal open rate is 80% or so.

Something definitely wrong!
