Hello @balwantsingh !
I trust you’re doing great!
This tends to happen when the emails from the site are being sent through WordPress and the server where the site is hosted. It’s related to the fact that too many people were sending spam from WordPress sites or PHP code and many email providers don’t accept such messages. If the emails from Forminator are sent this way, the can also be affected by this.
A solution here is to send the emails from the site using a SMTP plugin and a 3rd party email service – so it’s like sending the emails from an email app and the delivery rates improve significantly.
Our plugin Branda (free) has SMTP option:

Yes, I have installed Branda Plugin but am still unable to receive emails. When I click on test mail it shows me msg ”
Failed to send the test email. Please check your SMTP credentials and try again.”
Please help me to solve my issue asap.
Thanks.
Hi @balwantsingh
Sorry to hear the issue persists.
“Failed to send the test email. Please check your SMTP credentials and try again.”
This means the SMTP settings are not correct, could you please try a different SMTP service, we suggest a Free Gmail account, there is a full guide available in https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/branda/#gmail
Best Regards
