Editor "forgets" code when switching from Text-Mode to Design-Mode

    Hey there,

    I’ve got a really annoying issue with the WordPress editor. Sometimes I need to put the code <br style="clear:both;" /> into sites, especially when handling images. Of course I therefore edit the code via the “Text” editor tab. When switching back to “Design”-Tab the code gets lost.

    Does anyone know how I can avoid this error or even better solve it?
