I think I finally understand what you mean. You want to customize the email that is being sent to the user when he registers?
Unfortunately you won’t be able to to that through Awesome Support because the welcome e-mail is a WordPress e-mail and not Awesome Support related. Making this message editable through our plugin would be unethical because it’s not the only plugin involved in the user registration process.
If you want to customize your e-mails I recommend you use https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-better-emails/ instead.
