    Hi,

    Please follow the instructions below:
    1. Please go to the plugin settings page, open the block ‘Additional options’.
    2. Mark the check box (if it’s not marked yet) in the block “Change the labels of the contact form fields and error messages”, choose the necessary tab, click the twistie to expand the list of the fields.
    3. In the field “Label for Agreement checkbox:” enter the necessary Label with the necessary link. For example,
    I agree with End-User License Agreement
    4. Save the changes.
