    Hi,
    How do I edit the text after the inquiry is sent on the ‘away’ chatbox? The text currently says: Your message has been delivered. We will contact you shortly via the email address you provided. Thank you and Good Bye!”

    Where to I find the input to edit that message?

    Hi @seasamebagel ,
    there is a setting for this message ( Settings > Offline Messages > Offline form finish message ) but due to a bug it doesn’t works on chat client. We have reproduce and solve that error and the fix will be part of our next release.
