Please try the following to fix the error:
- Disconnect from your page via the plugin
- Re-install the plugin
- Temporarily disable all cache plugins and clear the cache
- Re-connect your page

If so, try the following to fix the error:
- Delete the plugin’s connection to your page
- Re-install the plugin
- Temporarily disable all cache plugins and clear the cache
- Re-connect your page
