I’ve read with premium version there’s feature to pipe email. But it’s not better to have pop3 get email from own email server?

    Hello @centoasa ,

Fluent Support Pro currently uses email forwarding for email piping. You forward emails from your support address to the unique Fluent Support piping address, and Fluent Support processes them into tickets.

Fluent Support does not currently include a native POP3/IMAP mailbox-polling option. POP3 can provide more direct control over your own mail server, but it also requires mailbox credentials, scheduled polling, cron configuration, and additional handling for delays, attachments, and duplicate messages.

For the supported setup, we recommend using email forwarding:

    Thank you
