This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

  1. Just search for Fluent Support in WordPress Plugins and click install and activate.


  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/fluent-crm directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.

No, there are no limitations. You can manage as many support tickets or customers or support staff as you want.

Is it 100% self-hosted?

Yes, Fluent Support is 100% self-hosted. Fluent Support will not connect with any of our SAAS servers. You own the data, and your data should be hosted on your hosting server.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes, your data never goes to a different server like HelpScout, ZenDesk or Freshdesk. All the data will be saved and managed into WordPress.

Will it is a performance issue for WordPress?

Absolutely not! From the very first, We were careful about this. It stores all the related data in custom database tables, so it will not affect your WordPress database. We built the application with VueJS, and it’s only run when you go to the admin dashboard of Fluent Support. Also, The Admin UI is super-fast as It’s a SPA and communicates over ajax.

This is a good working support ticket plugin. It has integration with fluent crm. Is selfhosted so you are in control. Support is very helpfull as well.

I'm a big fan of Fluent plugins having installed CRM, Forms and Social Ninja, so getting Fluent Support was a no-brainer. The plugin is like the others: well-designed, very light in resources, with a great interface, and having all these interacting with each other in a unified ecosystem is a real bonus. The support plugin is still new so it has room to grow, but Fluent provide great support, are taking feature requests on board and in my experience they do improve the products at a fast pace, listening to user feedback. The email piping feature is great, even if it would need some kind of spam filtering options. Apart from a few teething issues that are about to be patched or have been patched already, there isn't much missing. I've made a few feature requests but Fluent Support has already replaced our previous support plugin on our production site, and that was an excellent plugin already! Well done and keep up the good work!

After hearing so many good feedback about this company, I decided to invest in this brand new solution. Already out of the box, it packs more functionality than any of the other support plugins out there and there are no limits on agents, tickets etc. This plugin allows me to start monetising support by being able to provide awesome support myself. In case I do have questions or run into issues, the support staff is very knowledgeable, fast and in case a bug is confirmed, it's fixed in the next release. So for me it's a big thumbs up and if you are in need of a support system, my suggestion is to stop looking and go for this one.

I applaud the guys at WPManageNinja for creating useful wordpress plugins. They are making tools that are required for the success of any startup. Forms, CRM, Tables, Social aggregation and now Support or what I call User Interaction and Feedback. Tools that you'd otherwise have to hire people to create and run for your business. Today, I paid $300 for the 5 domain lifetime license. No doubt this is a wise investment not just for what they offer now but for what the plugin will become in the coming months and years. WPManageNinja is prolific. This is both encouraging and concerning. Concerning because the inspiration required to create is different from that required to manage. I hope they remain inspired and therefore remain a provider of backbone tools for online business. Should you get Fluent Support? If customer interaction and problem-solving is crucial to your income, you should.
