So there are not pre translated versions available at the moment, however, it is configured for i18n, making translations very simple by use of a pot file. The next release will be pushed with a pot file in the download, however for now this is a version a user modified and provided for other users to use (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B93KnqFiCeszbVlfY1EzZy13eG8/view?usp=sharing) : (provided in this thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/i-will-translate-it-in-4-languages-if-you-make-it-possible?replies=5). This contains a translation for french, however you can add a translation for dutch.
