Duplication of features

    With WordPress 5.5 about to introduce a couple (or more?) features currently offered by Jetpack, I was wondering if they will be removed from Jetpack or will they complement the core features? I am referring to the sitemaps and lazy loading support landing in 5.5. Links to any blogs/newsletters where such discussions are happening would be much appreciated.

    Lazy Load will be disabled under WordPress 5.5, if you have WordPress’s built-in feature turned on.

    For Sitemaps, ours provide more than what WordPress core will, so ours will stay on and take over for the default sitemap.
