Duplicate/triple quantity

    Hi!

    Appreciate all the work you put into this! Need some help with GA4 were the plugin double or even triple the quantity on purchases.

    In this case it actually counted the purchase 3 times and therefore the quantity tripled. In reality its was only one purchase on the top row. (see image)

    I have all the settings as the guide says. Could it be that I might have multiple script on “thank you” page and the tag multiply everything?

    Hi Tobias,

    It is hard to tell you the reason without seeing your order received page first.
    Can I somehow place an order without the need to use my bank card?

    Currently not, but you can limit the usage of the coupon to 1-3 times which should be enough for me to test.

    It seems to work properly for the last two days but that could happen from time to time.

    One thing that has never worked properly is “item revenue” in GA4. It seems like it counts the total cart revenue and multiply it with quantity in cart. Which is of course wrong.

    SO please both have a look what could cause duplicate or even triple purchases and also how come “item revenue” uses wrong formula.
