[Resolved] Duplicate posts

    The only possible reason is that emails were sent twice.

    Well yes, obviously… I was rather hoping for some words of wisdom about why that might be (and what to do to stop it).

    I added myself to the database last night and sure enough, on day one, I got the day-one email twice.

    Logically this is impossible. Each email is sent only once. I have no way to know what’s going on in your system. There is no flaw in the logic and everyone else is not getting duplicate emails. So I am sorry but I can’t see how I could help you.

    Just ‘cos it’s impossible doesn’t mean it’s not happening – but thanks for replying. 🙂

    It’s a shame, ‘cos the plugin looked like it was just what I needed. I’ve asked my host to have a look at things to see if there’s anything odd at their end. If we can’t find a work-around I’ll have to use a different system.

    … which is a bugger, ‘cos I’ve put a lot of work in to a 30-email course 🙁

    Sorry to hear that, but pls understand that without having full access to your system I have no way to even imagine how this could be happening. It’s not happening for me, and not happening for anyone else from several thousand users, so the only thing I can do is to assume the problem is not on our end.

    I quite understand, I’m just disappointed. It looked like EXACTLY what I was looking for and worked beautifully in tests. 🙁
