Duplicate feeds every day

I created a feed that refreshes twice daily. I noticed in the feeds that there are duplicate feeds created every day with a different URL, but otherwise the same as my previous feed. They are cluttering up the feeds page and I just delete them.

Is this a feature for archiving previous feeds for historical purposes? If so it would be nice if they were in another tab, e.g. archives for example, to keep the primary/active feeds more organized.

Is it possible to turn this feature off so that the feeds aren’t cluttered, or is this possibly a bug I am experiencing?
