I am not sure if I understand your question. The XML file sits on the URL that the plugin created (which you opened in your browser).
If you generated a feed for Google’s Merchant Center you can enter that feed-location in Google’s Merchant Center so it will get it from there.

Just open the XML file in your (Chrome) browser and hit the ‘save page as’ option. See this screenshot:
