Doubt about automatically slug

    Hi guys, I have a question: Is it possible to put an accent on a letter in the slug? I tried to write the keyword called “Attività didattica” and in the slug automatically appears “attivita didattica” without the accent on the a letter. Is this normal or is there something wrong? Thank you

    It is expected that accent characters in the slug are normalized to the plain slug after saving/updating it. WordPress core as well encodes slugs for storage in the database. There is no SEO impact on with/without accent in the slug, as per Google.
