Double slash problem (//)

Hi! Can you please fix double forward slash plugin loads in admin?
It is important when web server configs prohibit double slashes in urls.
Error raised in post editor and few other pages is:
” Failed to load plugin url: https://localhost/wp-content/plugins/shortcoder/admin//js/tinymce/editor_plugin.js “Thank you!
