Don’t show prices in source code

We have serveral clients that has a B2B webshop where we hide the prices for non-logged-in users. The prices are secret for consumers because this is a B2B website and the prices are different than the B2C websites.

On this side the prices are hidden but they show in the source code: data-gtm4wp_product_price=. Is it possible to hide this price in the source code as well untille a users will login and has the rights so see the prices?
