Hello @felipermfalcao
As a first step, wait a few moments and then load your site in a completely different web browser than you normally use to make sure it’s not just your browser cache interfering with the URL change. It can take a few minutes for these changes to be reflected on your entire site
Next, check that your Jetpack connection is working properly:
> https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/fixing-jetpack-connection-issues/Still not working? It is possible that there may be another plugin on your site conflicting with Site Accelerator. Please try to disable all of your plugins except Jetpack, then try checking your images again. If they are displaying properly, we’ll know that another plugin is interfering. You can find out which plugin is the culprit by enabling each plugin one by one and checking images after each one.
Finally, if it still isn’t working after disabling your plugins, it may be the theme. To test this, you can switch to one of the default themes such as Twenty Twenty-One. If the issue is resolved, then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle C.
I have already done all this and the problem remains. It really seems to be on CND by Photom… Do you know how I can get support from them?
Hi @felipermfalcao –
We can support issues with Site Accelerator (Photon) here.
It appears that the image isn’t on the live site at:
This in turn would prevent the CDN from caching it at:
In order for our CDN to cache images, they must remain on your site. Any images that are removed from your server will eventually “expire” and be removed from the CDN.
Hi! Currently the CDN is disabled as it was not showing several images, new and old. The image is on this link:

but none here

I looked for a support only from CND by Photon, but I didn’t find it, but I found you, which has the same logo.
I am now available for testing and tb for the next few hours. Thank you very much!
I activated the CND again for you to analyze. See that on the home page, there are two images that do not appear, and if you browse the older posts, there are also several.
Hi there,
It doesn’t look like you have the Jetpack plugin installed and active at the moment. Could you please let us know how you are implementing our CDN feature on your site? You can also share a screenshot with us. To upload and share a screenshot, you can use this platform: https://snipboard.io
Details on how to make screenshot can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot
I’m using WP Fastest Cache, but support there says the problem is on CND by Photon. but now is desatived

Images from last year are not loading…

https://snipboard.io/PwVbsD.jpgProbably when you go to access, it will be working because I disabled the CDN, for the images to work again.

Hello, there.
I’m unsure how this was done, but it appears that instead of using automatically linked images from your site’s Media Gallery, something about the process of adding those images to the page instead added them by using Jetpack’s Image CDN (Photon)’s links instead.
In other words, the page was built using or pasting hardcoded links (plain text) to images we were hosting rather than links to image files that actually live in your Media Gallery. This is not something that the Jetpack plugin would have done, so it was either caused by image links being copied and pasted, or by a theme or another plugin’s function.
Since you no longer use Jetpack, those images are no longer loading from our service, so the hard links to the images set in the page that point to us will not work. However, any media that you have added directly from your gallery will.
In this case, you will need to add those missing images again, by inserting them from your Media Gallery in the wp-admin dashboard of your site while editing your posts or pages.
