Doesn't work with CPT using default category / tag

I may try to fix this in a later version but as of now there are more important updates to be done I’m afraid 🙂

It is however possible for you to create new taxonomies and switch the terms(categories and tags) to these new taxonomies using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/taxonomy-switcher/ and then go ahead and use BTF in its current state!
