• Hi there!

Running a larger WordPress Multisite with the Buddypress site running on a subsite and not the maim site.

    The plugin refuses to load.
It activates but you cannot see any signs of the plugin in the system.

It doesn’t show up on the front-end and you can’t access the control panel/setting for buddy drive either in the back-end.

Thanks in advance for your help.

  • Hi,

I know this setup can be problematic if instead of activating BuddyPress on the sub site you are using a constant to change the root blog.

    See https://wordpress.org/support/topic/buddydrive-in-mulitiste?replies=4#post-8325927

I’ll try to fix this when i’ll find some time to.

    Thanks for your reply
Is there a way to “hack” the plugin as fix/workaround until you have a update ready?
I mean just change the site ID the Buddypress network sub site ID or something?

Thanks a lot for your help.
    Have fabulous weekend!

Oh.. I forgot to mention that I also received the error too when I attempted to network activate as in the thread you mentioned. And then when activating on the Buddypress (subsite), it doesn’t work at all…

    Thanks.
